Description of the research topic:

Therapeutic drug monitoring has become an important tool and has been proven effective for optimisation of thiopurine and biological therapy. Our aim is to examine the correlation of serum drug level and antibody formation with clinical efficacy of thiopurine and biological therapy in patients suffering from inflammatory bowel disease.
