Description of the research topic:

Polyp and adenoma detection and real time histological prediction is essential during quality colonoscopy. New optical chromoendoscopic methods might have an essential role to improve these quality parameters in the future. Our research aims to investigate the usefulness of Fujinon LCI and BLI technologies in the polyp detection rate and in the resect and discard strategy.
