Description of the research topic:
In the globalised world we need more information about the cultures impacts on corporation
success for targeting effective collaboration. As the economy has become more and more
international, it highlights the practical difficulties of intercultural co-operation. As
international relations have become part of everyday life/work, foreign language knowledge
and intercultural knowledge and competence have gained special large priorities: they are not
only very important factors of a small group of professional jobs, but they are means of
subsistence. These qualities, or the absence of them, can be significant components of
professional and corporate achievement or success. The relevant topics could be the
stereotypes, the attitudes, the intercultural communication, collaboration, and so on.
