Description of the research topic:

A student who can identify with the values of his/her higher education institution or with his/her future profession (identification) will make a greater effort to advance his / her studies. One consequence of this is that your investment will pay off in the short and long term (positive self-image, better intellectual development, and, as a result, more favorable material and workplace progress). The institution is also prospering through students with such identification, as (1-3.): 1. Committed and satisfied students reinforce word of mouth, as a result of which more candidates can be expected. 2. The alumni system is developing, which can not only provide an additional source of funding for a higher education institution, but also open placements and job positions for active students through graduates. 3. The motivation for re-purchasing is increasing satisfied students are more likely to enroll in the institution's new trainings.
An important issue in this process is the quality of the service units - areas of excellence that enhance student identity and satisfaction, and should therefore be a priority in setting long-term institutional goals. Expanding the doctoral topic is primarily about related models, existing good experiences, and practice-oriented ways of local opportunities. Among other things, the aim is to develop a new model that effectively supports Hungarian institutional policy in a transforming higher education system.
