Description of the research topic:
Goal of my theme notice is research on human resource, personality and leader development by various methods. I plan to focus also on implementation of results by closely intertwined theory and practice. Scientific research and diagnose of individuals and their environment, definition of concrete goals, elaboration of development-process, implementation, and finally production of measurable result with the need of accountability. Base of development process focusing on individual, group, or kind of community can be Coaching for instance, that can satisfy high level development processes as well. Nowadays Coaching is in dynamic development phase in Hungary. It generates newer and newer questions about the possible directions of development concerned. For example: Is further development of already existing very rich methodological repertoire possible? How could we develop more participants at the same time? How to increase the effectiveness of online development? Which personal and social competencies can be developed successfully? How can we harmonize personal differences with methodological customization? … and so on.
It is important to emphasize the continuous linking of theory and practice, which represents a strong guarantee of validity.
Expected results will hopefully contribute to the development of the profession, and can increase domestic and international awareness and recognition
