Description of the research topic:

To enhance the knowledge of PhD students in the field of strategic management. To analize the most relevant publications in the international and Hungarian strategic management literature, with special attention to the sources published after year 2000. To analyse the different approaches of strategic management. To held presentations by the participants in the specific approaches of strategic management. From among the different approaches to strategy special attention will be devoted to the resource and capability based strategic management direction.
To analyse wich approaches may be used in preparing the doctoral dissertations of the participating PhD students.
