Description of the research topic:

Syllabus
Nowadays the assurance of the appropriate informatics background is essential for the construction designing and manufacturing process planning of gear pairs. The research of gear pairs is very complex because the appropriate knowledge of gear, manufacturing, mathematical and informatics theorems are needed. Using of the common development of these areas new scientific results could be achieved in the research of gear pairs. Computer aided designing of gear pairs having different geometry. The mathematical description of the connecting surface of the gear pairs and after the creation of the mathematical model. Determination of the contact points in connection using of a new-type computer program. Optimization of the position of the contact points by the modification of the geometric establishment of the gear pairs (using of own-developed software). Technological process planning for special working machines and CNC machines having more axes. Development of additive manufacturing of gear pairs. Designing and simulation of special gear manufacturing tool and clamping device. TCA of connecting gear pairs (normal stress, normal elastic strain, normal deformation, etc.). The analysis of TCA results by informatics background for the effect of the modification of the geometric parameters. The effects of the assembly errors of the gear drives for the TCA results. If necessary the experimental production of the analyzed gear pairs by cutting machine or special machine (additive technology, hybrid technology). Analysis of the practical gear cutting technologies by informatics devices. Research of grinding problems of gear pairs. Profile optimization of computer controlled manufacturing grinding wheel. Development of CNC manufacturing technologies in case of manufacturing of gear drives.
