Description of the research topic:

This topic is open for any PhD applicants with a research area related to corporate finance, investments, investor decisions or valuation. Some examples of possible research directions are the relationship between the value and the price of shares, the value-relevance of different valuation methods, the effects of adopting international accounting systems on the value or price of the company or of its shares. Beyond the listed examples, any other corporate finance related research directions are welcome.
