Description of the research topic:

Competitiveness has many dimensions, and competency in operations capabilities can be one of them. There is an interesting dispute in the literature whether outstanding capabilities in operations really lead to competitiveness. The research may focus on analyzing the content of this issue and the task of the research is to elaborate methods and tools for management to increase the operational capabilities of the company.
