Description of the research topic:

Strategic planning is a well-known procedure in the field of business. Its positive impact is particularly evident in large companies and especially in developed countries. However, it is also appropriate to assess and prove its usefulness in small and medium-sized enterprises for developing countries as well. A multi-faceted approach can be justified these issues, such as the analysis of strategic planning and growth in revenues; growth in market share; growth in size and new location of firm; and growth in staff.
