Description of the research topic:

In recent years, the demand for healthy, high-quality products made of natural raw materials is growing worldwide.
Fruits and vegetables are basis of healthy eating, due to containing vitamins and minerals essential to the body. It is a fundamental requirement for the production of fruit- and vegetable-origin products to minimize the losses of valuable ingredients during the production process and to explain their beneficial effect on consumption. It is also known that spices and herbs have also beneficial effect on our immune system, contributing to the preservation of our health.
Thus, taking advantage of these beneficial properties, it is possible to create a new and diverse product palette. Therefore, this market may have many untapped development opportunities.
Laboratory and analytical studies will be done to produce foods with chemical, biological and biochemical effects.
