Description of the research topic:

The research topic contains the research of the international regulatory models of the consumer protection, the research of European Union's and the Hungarian consumer protection law. The consumer protection law an own interdisciplinary character crossing the traditional fields of civil substantial and procedural, administrative, criminal, business law. The research topic focuses to the substantial quarranties of the consumer regulation, and to the individual and collective means of redress.
