Description of the research topic:

The research may be targeted at any aspect of language testing and assessment that investigates the linguistic aspects (e.g. grammatical, lexical discourse and pragmatic) of a given measurement tool/language elicitation procedure. The research can also focus on the learner as an active participant in the assessment, especially in classroom-based, formal learning contexts.
