Description of the research topic:

The problem: it is well documented, that there emerges an increasing conflict between the rapidly growing population and the scarcity of resources. Obviously, the limited resources of the World will not be enough the cover the increasing food demand, it the population in developing world tries to follow the “Nordic” food consumption patterns.
Goal: development of complex optimisation of food consumption patterns for developing world to avoid the resource scarcity, taking into consideration the limiting factors of food consumption.
Methodology: complex, multi-purpose optimisation, taking into consideration the results of nutritional science, food and environmental sceicens.
