Description of the research topic:

For certain properties of molecular systems which are difficult (or impossible) to compute by means of a direct basis-set approach, the path-integral formalism of quantum mechanics can offer an alternative, interesting to explore. Our aim is to develop efficient still accurate alternative methods for certain thermodynamic or even spectroscopic properties of molecular systems.
