Abbreviation of location of studies: ÁTE

Description of the research topic:

One of the main consequence of the global climate change on the human and animal health is the change of the geographical distribution of the arthropod vectors and vector-borne pathogens. During the PhD work representative vector sampling will be carried out for the country, based on Hungarian biogeographical regions. The metagenome analysis of the samples may contribute to our knowledge on the occuring animal and human infective agents in vectors, and their geospatial variability.
