Description of the research topic:

The research field especially includes the following issues:
- the difficulties of the determination of the sustainable development; the adaptation of the sustainable development's dimensions into the legal order at the international, EU's and national levels
- relationships between the sustainable development and the environmental law
- political and legal instruments of the agricultural law and the energy law in connection with sustainable development

The clarification of the topic will be concluded according to the research plan discussed by the applicants and supervisors.
