Description of the research topic:
Administrative law: The administrative law, as the biggest part of the Hungarian legal system (that is, on the one hand government – e.g. the government, ministries, autonomous administrative bodies, government departments, central agencies and the decentralized agencies - on the other hand, the municipal administration) organization, personnel, processes (including misdemeanor laws) and regulates the social relations associated with the operation. All of these areas individually and as a whole, are also part of the research area.
The European Public Administrations: The public law of the European Union, and particularly the specific, highly complex relationship between the institutional framework and administrative bodies in the Member States is the center of the research area, including the regionalism (NUTS system, socio-economic cohesion, the Structural Funds and local governments) as well.
Legal Informatics: the science of management of information, relating to the legal life of this area, that covers virtually the entire legal system with all branches. The research area is focused on the relationships, general trends, general law-sourches, skills, and pay close attention to public legal institutions, to the information society, to the e-government, electronic signatures, data protection, electronic records, etc.
The organizational and management skills: The research area is focused on the general laws of exploring, collecting and analyzing - including management issues as well – of the organizations and particularly public bodies.
The clarification of the topic will be concluded according to the research plan discussed by the applicants and supervisors.
