Description of the research topic:

The research field consists of the development and evolution of the rules of Hungarian and EU Civil Procedure Law, the changes in Hungarian Civil Procedure law occurring with Hungary joining the EU and analyzation and presentation of the special procedural law institutions of the Member States.

The clarification of the topic will be concluded according to the research plan discussed by the applicants and supervisors.
