Description of the research topic:

Differential equations describe systems that evolve continuously in
time. Besides the classical applications in physics and engineering,
in recent decades an increasing number of problems emerging from
biological applications have been addressed by differential equation
models. The analysis of nonlinear systems is rather mathematically
challenging. In this research, we construct and analyse mathematical
models of complex biological phenomena, arising from real life
problems of population dynamics, epidemiology, immunology and cell biology.
