Description of the research topic:
The research topic contains the traditionally fields of the private international law, with a special focus on the domestic and the European Union's regulation. The EU created special collision law regulation according to the family affairs, succession, contractual and non-contractual relations. The special field of the cross border relations is the law of the international business relation's. In the frame of the research topic we will highlight the specialties of the contractual relations, the regulatory methods of the international investments, the unique sources of the rules and its private and public regulatory institutional framework.
