A primer agydaganatok műtéti és sugárkezelés ellenére mutatott magas recidiva-arányáért az igen kiterjedt peritumorális invázió tehető felelőssé. Az invázióban szereplő molekulák expressziós spektrumának RNS- és proteinszintű meghatározásával egyrészt prognosztikai, másrészt terápiás konzekvenciákat jelentő eredmények várhatók
