Description of the research topic:

The aim of the research is to explore how the prestige, value and activity of companies and institutions are influenced by their atmosphere, rituals and intellectual values. The demonstration of the role of internal communication in the operation of organizational culture at a strategic level (management), as well as the analysis of the interaction between static structures and flexible rites in the business world.
