Description of the research topic:

The topic includes investigations the main methodological feature of which is that they complete the close reading of literary texts with the incorporation of a wider context, following the strategy of wide reading. The concrete subject may be chosen from 20th-century and contemporary Hungarian literature, but in justified cases the candidate can chose from English- or German-language literary texts.
