Description of the research topic:

The research topic can be chosen from the Greek, Roman or Christian literature of antiquity, from the funeral orations and encomia that touch on the question of idealization. For the investigation of the subject we suggest a rhetorical or hermeneutical approach, and require an intermediate level knowledge of Ancient Greek and Latin.
