Today's macro environment is not evaluated objectively without taking into account these factors. Of course separately occupy and are able to influence a country's or region's competitiveness, but it is actually placed on the surface of the relevant relationships, conclusions regarding the valuation of complex highly important role.
From natural resources the role of the arable land is the highest because that is the basis of everything. Many of the natural resources are limited (crude oil, natural gas, etc.) It is the problem of scarcity and our task is to find the solution how can we substitute them. Technical and technological developments help us in it, but we need more. We do not forget sustainability too. Humanity has always found the most favourable way of the natural resource production. It was not always good. The other factor is the competitiveness which based on the absolute advantage. It is necessary to evaluate the competitiveness of different regions and resources too. If we would like a friendly World we will have to find the balance between sustainability, development and competitiveness.
