Description of the research topic:

Entreprise information resources have been playing a greater and greater role in the operation of businesses. Data are generated in larger and larger quantities by companies, so new approaches are needed to manage them.
The topic deals with effective information management that uses databases which serve as the foundation to the successful operation of modern businesses. It also addresses the key l issues in managing information to achieve competitive advantage and innovative solutions. Futhermore, the topic focuses on making managerial decisions about the information systems.
