Description of the research topic:

It is increasingly challenging to meet culturally different conditions international management in the business sector, in the public sector, in small and medium-sized enterprises too. Competitiveness, Performance, Commitment, Driving Mode, etc. cannot avoid or even adapt to the 21st century changes. The backbone of research is therefore the relationship between economic efficiency and cultural and migration trends. Empirical surveys can, on the one hand, justify the processes already taking place, and a kind of prediction can be deduced for the near future.
