Description of the research topic:

The characterictics of the Human Resource are one of the most important factor of the economic and social situation of a micro region. An area's development, the age structure, migration balance and qualification of inhabitants are often significantly correlated. In this topic can be examed the education level, unemployment, development and other indicators which determine the social-economic characteristics of a micro region.
