Description of the research topic:

Tourism is one of the most important ways to introduce products and places, including special services to the consumers. It is an effective method to improve the country’s economic possibilities. With the concept of tourism we meet quite often every day even though we are not professionals. This concept has changed a lot during the last 20 years worldwide just like the role and elements of tourism.
Nowadays the international trends are more to observe in every country. The ration of such consumers that prefer quality services are more and more common in the world tourism market. In influencing this segment’s preference festivals, fairs, city marketing, image marketing, event marketing, online marketing have an increasing role in the tools of tourism.
