Functions, actors and roles of HRM reflecting the changes – internalization, demographic, employees needs, aspiration, etc. - in external – national and international – environment of the organizations.
The internal environment of the organizations – innovations on the fields of technology, organizational structure, means of control, operations management etc. – and the HR practices, encouraging and satisfying these new needs and the evaluation of its effectiveness.
The chance of appropriate integration of the traditional and innovative HR practices. The possibility of the differentiation and/or homogenization of multi-colored workforce. Trends in the roles and actors of the HR function.
Convergences or divergences of the issues mentioned above between private and public sectors and countries, or regions/clusters of countries.
