Description of the research topic:

Differing individul level of prejudice suggests that personality, world view as well as committment to egalitarian attitudes all play a role how and when prejudice effect behaviour. There have been many methods developed to diminish prejudice in formal and informal educational settings as well as in the framework of cultural projects. Evaluation of prejudice reduction program and of their theoretical assumptions could be an excellent research topic for docotral students.
