Description of the research topic:

Now days according to the climate change the harsh weather incidents are resulting enormous micotoxin contamination on the feed and food base crops. The amount of unsuitable, inappropriate crop for animal feed and for food industry is increasing, because of micotoxin contamination.
In my previous research soil microbes were isolated which are able to biodegrade and biodetoxificate different micotoxins.
In this research the microbes biodegradation ability will be investigated by conventional microbiological methods monitored by analytical measurements, furthermore the gene’s and enzymes will be investigated by molecular technology methods in the case of the six most important micotoxin: aflatoxinB1, ochratoxinA, T2, deoxinivalenon, zearalenon and fumonizine.
Long-range goal is to utilize the results is the practice, and monitor the biodetoxification process by biotests.
