Description of the research topic:
The most important unite of the political spaces is the political states. Different levels of administrative unites – regions, counties, micro districts etc. – are organized in the framework of the states. Bilateral and multilateral political/territorial connections, integrations are formulating on the bases of the states.
The state forming processes, changing of the territories of political states, borders of the states historically were forming very special territorial complexes. Historically the state security was one of the most important function of the single political state. The legal services, the role of public administration, the public services, the settlements and territorial development were rising in the framework of states functions. The Hungarian problems and development of different functions can be understand in a European relationship.
