The State should have organizational and operational capacities reacting quickly to the constantly changing challenges of our time and performing effectively in the competition of national, regional and global interests simultaneously vindicating national interests. As a result, the state-centered approach and practice of the governance are focused and the main trend of the research topic is characterized by the diversity of the above mentioned attitude.
