Justification of the research topic:
Nowadays the requirements in front of transport of different type of communications such as data, voice and media information are rapidly increasing. The different behaviour of information generated within the military CIS (Communication and Information System) and operation need and distinct kind of information establish a claim to the robust, transparent, real-time, high-realibility information transfer and information flow even within the parallel planes of communication networks satisfy the expectations of military leaders. The interoperability and technical compatibility within the less developed military and civilian communications environment are crucial, especially in the overstressed situations of operation.

Objectives:
To analyse the strategic command and control system in NATO multinational operations.
To determine the general operational needs, capabilities and the challenges in front of stacioner CIS.
To examine the support of communication and information of the national and multinational operations.
To analyse and to present the interoperability level and technical compatibility within different developed segment of CIS.
To propose a possible conceptual configuration of CIS on Stacioner level.

Research methods:
Literature examination and literary research on the area of literature being attached to the topic.
Lesson learned on the area of communication and information support in different kind of operations.
Consultations with professionals who operated in multinational operations.
Study and mathematical modelling the capabilities, main characters, positive and negative sides, interconnections, interoperability and resilience of different communication networks.
