Description of the research topic:
To balance the digital ecosystem, the biggest number of involvement increasing emphasis on the opinion of the users of the software product quality. It is important for users that the software is easy to learn, understandable and of course fully functional. The quality in use of the software products is being tested primarily for efficiency, effectiveness, problem solving safety and focus on user satisfaction. This can be carried out in the development of the research topic: measurement of software product quality during use, the assessment of the environmental standard practice and exploration. The user satisfaction measurement methodology of the study. Based on the existing theoretical and practical approaches, it may be possible to develop a new model during the software product quality testing and the user satisfaction measurement.
