The propriceptive (neurofacilitation) training is applied in injury prevention and treatment in physical activites, which primarily invlove high risks of lower extremity injuries. The specific effects of such treatment strategies using various equipments can contribute to a longer period spent in the given physical acticity or even in the normal daily living.
