Description of the research topic:

Natural products and their synthetic analogs play a crucial role in the development of novel anticancer agents. The aim of the doctoral program is the selection of test substances - natural and synthetic substances - which are suitable for further development. Cell-based methods will be utilized for characterization of antiproliferative and antimetastatic actions. Their mechanisms are additionally approached.
