Description of the research topic:

R&Đ and innovation promise fast economic growth and development, but there are ethical and non-predictable effects which can be connected to these activities. Avoiding these impacts can be only after the appearance of the innovation results, but at this time the intervention is very expensive and late. In order to answer these challenges, the notion of Responsible Research and Innovation has appeared, and it has become one of the hottest topics nowadays. Owing to the novelty and fast growth of the topic, there are still uncovered areas. We focus on the practical issues of RRI from the regional science point of view, with highlighting emerging technologies.
