Description of the research topic:
Our previous researches pointed out that the C-3 substitution of indole with cyclic imines can be achieved by using mild experimental conditions. Only few examples exist in the literature where the aminoalkylation of indole via three component reaction lead to the desired indole derivatives. Our aim is to extend this reaction starting from non-racemic amines and to isolate enantiopure C-3 substituted indoles
