Description of the research topic:
The talent management is a relatively new topic within the HR management. “War for talents” is a worldwide phenomenon. Not only for HR professionals, but for CEOs, and business leaders is a fundamental for leading talented and motivated workforce to discover and develop new talents; inspire, coach, and train future leaders; reward and retain the best people; plan and realize a culture of organizational excellence; place the best people in the most critical jobs to assemble the building blocks of organizational excellence and create value.
Suggested topics for research:
• To which extent are the most innovative ideas and the latest tools, processes, and technologies are applied by SME-s for launch a complete, fully functioning talent management program that will drive them and their workforce to the top?
• How to
o attract new talent and keep the "Superkeepers",
o design career plans that boost employee morale and support organization needs,
o coach, develop, and inspire raw talent and prepare the CEOs of the future,
o create a culture of innovation and sustainability?
o plan and realize employee compensation, on-boarding, leadership competencies, and engagement programs,
o learn how expanding global markets are affecting the development of talent and teams all across the world?
