Description of the research topic:
For communicating effectively, is a core condition for organisations (similarly to individuals, cities, regions, even countries) staying alive. For this reason, they need to think and work strategically, among them on the field of communication management.
The researches could
• monitoring trends in strategic communication management;
• analysing the changing framework for the profession worldwide; identifying the main characteristics of individual practitioners and the organizations where they work;
• monitoring the challenges for communication management in the recession and crisis;
• monitoring the influence of communication practitioners on management decisions, internal communication, research in communication;
• and special issues, such as communication of SMEs, communication of start-ups, communication of clusters.
One of the most valuable intangible assets of organizations is their reputation which can be influenced by effective two way communication with their stakeholders – on which their success depends. That is why the reputation management is has significant importance among the topics.
