Description of the research topic:
In the globalised world we need more information about the cultures’ impacts on corporations’ and organizations’ success for targeting effective collaboration and managing cultural diversity. For this purpose, significant culture research began worldwide in the 1970s-80s which have growing significance due to the acceleration and deepening of globalization. The relevant topics could be many of cultural aspects, such as stereotypes, attitudes, intercultural communication, values, preparation for cultural diversity and adaptation of corporate communication to the national / international environment and their impact. The research topic can also be interpreted for non-profit oriented organizations, such as examining the internationalization of higher education or the culture-dependent operation of international NGOs.
