Description of the research topic:
Novel flow chemistry-based methods will be developed for the the synthesis of important heterocyclic compounds. We will employ highly reusable heterogeneous copper- and silver-based catalytic systems for various inter- and intramolecular homo- and cross-coupling reactions, oxidative couplings, cycloadditions and cyclizations. The extended parameter spaces, available in our flow systems, will open up unprecedented reaction windows for efficient chemical syntheses.
