Description of the research topic:
This topic has wide range of opportunities for exploring different phenomenon regard to school life. To explore different causes of students’ and teachers’ burnout, emphasizes organizational factors and school climate as well. Furthermore the topic gives opportunity to explore factors that has impact on school achievement as self-efficacy, responsibility about learning process, mindset etc. and find answer the question of dropout problem of high school students and university students as well. It is also possible carried out practice based research: develop a new intervention program based on theory or former research and assessment the effect of this program (pre-test post-test and control group designed).
Required language skills: English Further requirements: Good English language competency and good quality at SPSS using and statistic.
