A doktori alprogram keretein belül lehetőség nyílik a meghirdetett témakör nemzetközi és európai jogi összehasonlító kutatására és elemzésére is.
Within the frameworks of the research topic the candidates can analyse the subjective rights (e.g. patient's rights), contractual relations (therapy contract, contributory contract, contracts for carrying a task, etc.) of participants in the field of health care, the occurring dogmatical and practical problems, and the issues, modes and problems relating to damage caused in the health care.
In the doctoral subprograms the PhD students can carry out international and European comparative legal researches and analysis.

The clarification of the topic will be concluded according to the research plan discussed by the applicants and supervisors.
