Description of the research topic:

The aim of the interdisciplinary programs to acquaint students with the history of ideas announced three topics, both theoretical and practical aspects of the world's major legal systems find models, and these solutions will further develop opportunities for both domestic as well as regional and EU dimension.
The study of each legal cultures in itself is interesting, then compare that goes beyond this basic level. The use of a comparative approach promises other features as well, it has its own culture with other cultures may be imposed together.
The development of law can be continuous and adaptable in the same time. The legislative and judicial development of law today act in concert, but in our time become more and more significant way to the EU harmonization of its traditional reception and legal transplant. These processes may also be the central subjects.
During the analysis of law making we can find three main aspects. The first aspect of the political process, the system played a role (eg. The democratic role or legitimacy). The second is the role of the legal system (eg. Taking into account the legal aspects). The third is the activity of the state. The aim of the sub-program is to open the requirements of Legal Philosophy level, but also satisfying the demands of legal practice exploration.
