Description of the research topic:
Artificial neural network and CFD and/or DEM based modelling of material, heat and moisture transfer during the development of advanced delivery systems for oral protein delivery. Examination of the physical-chemical properties of raw materials necessary for building a robust in-silico model. Investigation of drug release, absorprtion and enzymatic activity of the finished product with traditional and modern analytical methods. Investigation of the changes in the protein structure by using spectroscopic methods (NIR, FT-IR, Raman).
