Description of the research topic:
In the developed bioconjugates, antitumor drugs will be attached to cell-penetrating peptides as carrier and targeting moiety. Different bond type will be used between the peptides in order to study the effect of the conjugation mode. The in vitro antitumor activity of conjugates will be measured by MTT-assay on several sensitive and resistant human cancer cell lines. The antitumor effect of prominent conjugates will be also studied in vivo.
